Welcome to Pop a Plum! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our online store at popaplum.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products
We do our best to display accurate colours and product descriptions. However, slight variations in colour or details may occur due to natural materials and screen settings.
All hats are made in Portugal from 100% extrafine merino wool or 100% organic cotton, in limited quantities.
3. Orders and payments
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we’ve received your order but does not guarantee availability. If a product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and the other payment methods shown at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship from France to EU countries with UPS. Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Shipping is €4.90 (49 kr in Sweden), or free when you order two or more hats. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.
5. Returns and exchanges
You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it. In addition, the EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies to orders delivered within the European Union.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. To start a return, please email us at info@popaplum.com with your order number.
Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. See our Return Policy for full details.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Pricing and taxes
All prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in your local currency at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.
8. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your information only for order processing and customer service.
9. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of, or inability to use, this website.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be handled by the relevant court in your area.
