1. Shipping locations
We currently ship from France to:
🇫🇷 France
🇪🇺 Other EU countries (including Sweden, the Netherlands, Germany, and Spain)
If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us here and we’ll do our best to help.
2. Processing time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
3. Shipping times & costs
Delivery times vary by destination:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or customs processing.
4. Carriers
We use trusted shipping partners such as La Poste / Colissimo (France) and international tracked services for EU deliveries.
5. Customs & duties
For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees apply.
For countries outside the EU (if applicable later), local customs and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.
6. Missing or delayed shipments
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link first.
Still no update? Write to us with your order number and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
7. Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Returns related to shipping
If your parcel is returned to us due to non-delivery or unclaimed status, we can reship it for an additional shipping fee.
