Welcome to Pop a Plum! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through our online store at popaplum.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, so please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products
We do our best to display accurate colors and product descriptions. However, slight variations in color or details may occur due to natural materials and screen settings.
All items are made in Portugal from fine merino wool, in limited quantities.
3. Orders and payments
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we’ve received your order but does not guarantee availability. If a product is out of stock or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and other accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship from France to EU countries.
Shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns and exchanges
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, according to EU consumer law.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices without notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data resulting from the use or inability to use this website.
