Orders

I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do? 

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find the confirmation, contact us so we can verify that your order was processed correctly.

What countries do you ship to? 

We ship to all EU countries

My order says it has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Returns

How do I return a product? 

You can return any product within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

Initiate a Return: 

Log in to your account on our website and navigate to the 'My Account' section where you can request a return. 

Return Shipping Label: 

You will receive a return shipping label via email, which you need to print out. Please note that a fee will be applied for this label, which reflects the cost of shipping and handling. 

Package and Send: 

Pack the items securely and attach the shipping label to the outside of the package. 

Inspection and Notification: 

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Do we have a physical store?

We do not yet have a physical store but working hard to get the hats out in selected retail stores.
